Elcom, LLC is a privately funded company headquartered in Ulyanovsk, Russia. The mission of the company is to become a leader in the mid-market global software outsourcing. We expect rapid and exponential growth in 2006 and 2007 and invite you to share our success.
Elcom is a young company that is growing fast and that has a great potential and favorable prospects for investors. The main potential of our projects lies in unique solutions and technologies which have no analogues or are superior to ones of other companies.

Elcom has a diversified portfolio. Now the funds of Elcom are invested into six main projects:
Offshore Staffing, Offshore Offices and IT Facilities for Corporations;
Global Software Outsourcing Center;
Digital Currency Software Solutions;
E-Commerce & M-Commerce Software Solutions;
B2B Online Trading Software Solutions;
Mobile P2P Payment System.
By the end of 2006 we are going to increase the number of projects up to seven, working out new directions such as developing software products for medical and pharmaceutical companies.
We are seeking investors who are willing to place funds into our marketing strategy targeting small to mid-sized Russian and European corporations. Furthermore, fund future acquisitions of offshore service providers which fit into our portfolio. We consider both silent partners and active participants.
